Refund and Return Policy Statement:
We offer returns or exchanges on most products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is undamaged and returned in its original packaging and condition.
General Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jane Partin Art. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following terms and conditions.
Timeframe for Returns
You may return unused and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided you have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be shipped in its original packaging and arrive in its original condition undamaged. We will not accept returned items that have been damaged or are not in their original condition.

You must provide the original order number and/or receipt of purchase for all returns or exchanges.

If an item from our store arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us directly with documented evidence that any damage was incurred during transit. These issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or sale merchandise explicitly marked "Final Sale".

Special-order purchases.

Used, defective, or damaged items that were purchased as such.

Personalized or custom-made items.
Refunds

Upon receipt of an authorized returned item, we will issue a full refund, including sales tax paid by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note, an issued refund may be delayed for up to 10 banking days due to bank processing.
Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Any items returned to us without prior written authorization will not be considered a valid return and will not be refunded.
