Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jane Partin Art. Please note the following terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Order processing: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipment confirmation and tracking: Customers will receive their shipment confirmation and tracking number within 2-3 days of placing their online order.
Shipping time: Shipping timelines are based on the size/weight of the order, whether special handling is required, and distance shipped. Each painting, print, and product is a unique piece of art with differing weights and dimensions that may affect shipping timelines.
Order cutoff times: Please note, orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs and Methods:
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the Artwork. Please note, special handling and insurance may be required to ensure that the art reaches its destination safely. Our shipping costs reflect these considerations.
Shipment destinations: We ship within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship internationally; however, cost and timelines will vary depending on factors like distance, carriers, etc.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Domestic taxes are paid at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional international shipping customs, duties, fees, and taxes applied to their order. These fees will be paid by the customer upon receipt of the artwork and are not included in the shipping charge.
Shipping methods and carriers: We typically use UPS and USPS; however, shipping carriers may vary depending on logistic requirements. Please note that some orders, such as framed oil paintings, framed glass paintings, etc., may require special shipping and handling requirements that could necessitate the use of special carriers that could impact delivery cost and timelines.
Local options: We offer free in-store pickup at UPS in Northern Virginia, USA.
Shipping Issues:
Damaged or lost packages: Jane Partin Art is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

All framed paintings will be insured during shipping.

If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our company right away so we can file a timely claim with the shipping carrier.

You must contact us within 10 days of receiving a damaged package and/or missing item and show proper documentation in order to be considered for resolution from the company, such as a refund, credit, or replacement item.

Please provide detailed photo and written documentation of the damaged product and packaging to our company.

Please provide the customer’s name, order number, package tracking number, the date the package arrived or was scheduled to arrive.

Do not dispose of the damaged items or the original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect them to verify the claim.

Incorrect shipping address: Our company is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders that were placed with an incorrect or incomplete address.
Unexpected delays: Our company is not responsible for shipment delays incurred from circumstances outside of our control, such as high order volume during holidays, inclement weather, etc.
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has shipped with no additional cost or fees. However, once a product has shipped you will only be refunded the price of the product, and you will be responsible for any shipment related cost and fees. The product must be returned to the company in the original condition in which it was received.
International Shipping:
Note: Shipping paintings internationally from the US involves significantly higher costs and complexity than domestic shipping, primarily due to longer distances, customs procedures, duties, taxes, and additional surcharges.
Destinations: We will endeavor to ship to any destination, but the feasibility, timing, and cost may vary. We may contact you directly if there are any issues with shipping abroad.
